Your alarm records and your data records are going to be separate. Unfortunately, the alarm comments

and record is not tied into the exporting of data. If you want your alarm records, here are the following steps to take:

1) On the main screen, click on the Alarm History button at the bottom.

This will open the Alarm History screen.

2) From the Alarm History Screen, you want to click the Filter button to pick the range for the dates of alarms that you want to record.

This will open up the Alarm Filter Screen, allowing you to filter the dates of the alarms and comments you want.

3) Choose the beginning and end dates for the range of alarms that you want to export and hit “OK”. The begin date is pointed out by the red arrow, and the yellow arrow points to the end date.

4) The Save screen will pop up, and you want to save it as a pdf after naming the file. To save, hit the Open button once you have determined where you want to save the pdf to.
